Warranty
The Cabinet Company of Virginia warrants all cabinetry for one year from the date of purchase to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use. Should defects in material or workmanship exist during the applicable warranty period, The Cabinet Company of Virginia will elect at its sole discretion to either repair or replace the defective material or component, free of charge. This warranty covers workmanship, cabinetry materials, parts, and laminate countertops. Items not covered by the cabinetry warranty include solid surfaces countertops, appliances, plumbing fixtures, mirrors, or costs, including labor to remove and reinstall these related components. After the warranty time has expired, all warranty issues must be directed towards the cabinet manufacturer if the manufacture warranty exists longer than one year.
Natural wood may vary in color and wood grain characteristics. Woods also exhibit subtle changes over time. Painted cabinets may eventually have visible cracking around joint areas of face frames or doors and colors may darken or lighten with age. Sunlight, household cleaners, and other environmental conditions may also affect the color match over time. These variations are considered to be the nature of the material in relation to their environmental exposure and are not covered under this warranty.
This warranty shall become null and void if the cabinets are in any way modified. Furthermore, this warranty will not apply to cabinets damaged by misuse, neglect, abuse, exposure to moisture, exposure to extreme temperatures, or the effects of normal wear and tear.
To obtain replacements under this warranty, contact us to arrange for an inspection of the cabinet. A dated sales contract as proof of purchase is required to obtain benefits from this warranty. |
